  • FOAMING AGENT

Foam not dispensing, poor discharge, or excessively thin foam

    Causes:

    1. Low temperature: Foam is very sensitive to temperature. When the can temperature is below 5℃, the internal pressure is insufficient, making it difficult to dispense.

    2. Insufficient shaking: The can was not shaken thoroughly before use, resulting in uneven mixing of the prepolymer and gas.

    3. Clogged valve: The nozzle or spray gun was not cleaned promptly after the last use, causing blockage.

    Solutions:

    1. Warm water heating: Immerse the foam can in 30℃-40℃ warm water for 10-15 minutes (do not use boiling water or open flame to avoid explosion)...

  • SPRAY PAINT

    Sagging

Causes: Applying too thick a layer at once, or spraying too close to the workpiece.

    Solutions:

    1. Apply in small, multiple coats: Follow the principle of "thin coats, multiple layers." Apply only a thin layer each time, wait a few minutes for it to surface dry before applying the next layer.

    2. Maintain distance: Keep the nozzle approximately 15-20 cm away from the workpiece.

    3. If sagging has already occurred: Do not attempt to wipe it off immediately. After the paint has completely dried, lightly sand it smooth with fine sandpaper (e.g., 1500-2000 grit), then reapply a thin coat...

  • STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE

    Poor Adhesion or Detachment

This is the most critical failure issue for structural adhesives, typically manifesting as separation between the adhesive and the substrate, or internal splitting of the adhesive itself.

    * Main Causes:

    1. Inadequate Substrate Surface Preparation: Dust, oil, moisture, or rust on the surface severely hinder the adhesion between the adhesive and the substrate.

    2. Substrate with Poor Bonding Characteristics: Materials such as PP (polypropylene) and PE (polyethylene) have low surface tension, making it difficult for ordinary structural adhesives to achieve effective adhesion.

    3. Lack of Primer Application: Certain metals (such as aluminum profiles) or porous surfaces require a specialized primer to enhance adhesion and water resistance....

  • WATER-BASED INKS

PROBLEM ONE: Excessive temperature differences within ocean-going containers cause water-based inks to clump, delaminate, deteriorate, or experience poor storage stability.

    ● SOLUTION ONE:

    1. It is strongly recommended to use temperature-controlled cabinets for ocean shipping to avoid product quality damage caused by diurnal temperature variations in ordinary containers.

    2. Packaging must be strictly sealed to prevent moisture evaporation or external contamination.

    3. Viscosity testing and double quality inspection must be conducted before export to ensure the product condition meets standards upon shipment...
